Initial Assessment
This is where your path to well-being begins and it’s absolutely free! I’ll email you a health history form, you’ll complete it and email it back to me. We will set aside one hour to meet in person or virtually to discuss your health history form and what you hope to gain from our time together.
6- Month Program
To make life long change we need to work together to create sustainable habits. This 6- month program allows for growth and transformation. Meetings take place every other week (virtually or in person) for six months on a designated day that both the client and coach agree on.
Each of the 12 sessions will be 55 minutes long.
Eat Well: Nutrition Coaching Package
Feeling like you need a nutrition reset? Are you eating healthy but feel like you need some recipe inspiration? Or maybe you feel like your eating habits are all over the place. This package offers 3 sessions that meet in person or virtually for 45 minutes.
Flow Well: Yoga & Meditation Package
New to yoga and/or meditation? Interested in trying but not ready to join a yoga class just yet? This package offers 3 sessions that meet virtually or in person for 45 minutes.
These sessions are offered one-on-one or group format.
